    A 45-minute call to understand the problem, users and constraints. No cost, no obligation.

    Scope & fixed quote

    Day 3-5

    We write the first release scope, list what is out of scope, and issue a fixed quote in INR. A 30% advance books your start date.

    Build sprints

    Week 1 onwards

    Weekly demos on a live URL. You review as we go, so nothing is a surprise at the end.

  4. 04

    Launch & handover

    Final week

    Production launch, documentation, credentials and code transferred to you. Care plan optional.
