Terms & Conditions

These terms govern your use of buildlovable.co.in and any services you purchase from BuildLovable Technologies ("we", "us"). By placing an order or making a payment you accept these terms.

1. Services

We provide software consulting, design and development services. The exact deliverables, timeline and price for your engagement are set out in the quotation or scope document we share with you, which forms part of these terms.

2. Estimates and quotations

Prices shown by the estimator on this website are indicative and based on the options you select. A quotation becomes binding only after we confirm the scope in writing. All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and exclusive of GST unless stated otherwise.

3. Payments

• A booking advance of 30% of the order value is payable before work starts.
• The balance is invoiced at agreed milestones or on delivery, as stated in the quote.
• Retainers are billed monthly in advance.
• Payments are collected online through Razorpay. We do not store your card, UPI or bank details.
• Invoices unpaid for 15 days may result in work being paused.

4. Client responsibilities

You agree to provide timely feedback, content, access to required accounts, and a single point of contact for approvals. Delays in these may shift the delivery timeline.

5. Changes to scope

Work outside the agreed scope will be quoted separately and started only after written approval.

6. Intellectual property

On receipt of full payment, all custom code and design deliverables created for you transfer to you. We retain rights to our pre-existing tools, libraries and general know-how, and may reference the engagement in our portfolio unless you ask us not to.

7. Confidentiality

Both parties will keep non-public information shared during the engagement confidential and use it only for delivering the services.

8. Warranty and liability

We fix defects reported within 30 days of delivery at no charge. Beyond this, services are provided on an "as is" basis. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid for the affected engagement. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate with 15 days' written notice. You remain liable for work completed up to the termination date; the booking advance is non-refundable as described in our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of Bengaluru, Karnataka have exclusive jurisdiction.
