Shipping & Delivery Policy

BuildLovable Technologies provides consulting and software development services. No physical products are sold or shipped. Everything is delivered digitally.

What is delivered

• Access to a live application URL and the deployed environment.
• Source code in a repository owned by you.
• Documentation, credentials and handover notes.
• A GST invoice for every payment.

Delivery timelines

• Order confirmation: immediately after a successful payment, by email.
• Project kick-off: within 3 working days of the booking advance being received.
• Interim delivery: a working preview URL is shared at the end of each weekly sprint.
• Final delivery: as per the timeline agreed in your quotation, typically 3 to 6 weeks for a first release.
• Consulting sessions: scheduled within 5 working days of payment.

Delays

If a delivery date shifts, we tell you as soon as we know, with a revised date. Delays caused by pending inputs, approvals or third-party access from your side move the timeline accordingly.

Delivery issues

If you have paid and not received access or confirmation, email hello@buildlovable.co.in with your order ID. We respond within 1 working day.
